Temporary Client Service Promise
- It is our intention to check in on our Temporary Associates
- We will always be in touch and keep you fully informed at a timescale agreed by you
- We will always implement a quality assurance call within the first day of the temp starting to ensure all is well
- We offer bespoke service level agreements
- We will provide you with one direct point of contact. However we also operate a ‘buddying' system for when your main contact is out of the office
- We can offer weekly client calls and a temp rebook service according to your needs. Speak to your consultant for further details
