Having studied travel and tourism at college, I was fortunate enough to commence my travel career working in operations at Kuoni. I never looked back from that moment on and, despite being faced with many challenging situations over the years, I thrive on finding solutions to seemingly impossible problems and for delivering customer service which exceeds expectations.
I loved every minute of my time with Kuoni, but having reached the position of Senior Manager for Operations and celebrating 21 years at the company, I decided it was time to take a break. I luxuriated at home for 2 years before having the opportunity to join the C&M Travel Recruitment team in Reigate.
I have been with C&M since September 2012 and it has been fantastic to have the opportunity to put my experience to great use. With customer service continuing to be my absolute top priority, I hope I have been able to prove that it isn’t always necessary to have a background in sales to be successful in recruitment!
