UK Marketing Lead, Online Travel, London / Hybrid. A superb opportunity to join this global, online travel business where you will be responsible for spearheading their UK marketing efforts, building demand and raising the companies profile with UK travellers.
There will be generalist, albeit with a focus on demand generation, targeted campaigns, affiliates, social media, influencers and strategic partnerships. The role will initially be remote as there are medium term plans to open an office in London at which point time will be spent here growing and developing the marketing team.
UK Marketing Lead Responsibilities
- Building demand generation across key channels
- Implement strategies to convert interest into bookings, utilising data to optimise channel performance and campaigns.
- Overseeing the social media strategy, spearheading influencer partnerships and media partners to enhance brand presence.
- Create and manage the UK affiliate marketing program
- Championing the organisations values and brand identify in all marketing efforts whilst ensuring campaigns resonate with the UK audiences consumer behaviour, lifestyle and mentality.
- Utilise data analytics to track and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and channel performance.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure they meet UK demand for specific travel experiences.
UK Marketing Lead Skills and Experience Required

- A strong cultural awareness with an ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
- A generalist marketing background with excellent knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, affiliates, social media, influencers and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in the travel, leisure or hospitality sectors desirable but similar industry experience will also be considered.
- Flexibility to accommodate calls with global colleagues and partners in different time zones which are likely to fall outside the usual 9-5 at times.
