Product & Marketing Manager
Do you have a strong track record in cruise or travel product development, with the commercial instinct to spot opportunities and turn them into standout offers? We're looking for a driven Product & Marketing Manager to lead the development of cruise products and packages, working closely with cruise line partners to bring compelling, competitive offers to market.

Product & Marketing Manager – Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of cruise products, packages, promotions and incentives to drive sales, profitability and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners and suppliers, negotiating competitive rates, added value offers and exclusive opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking performance, using results to shape new product opportunities.
  • Play a key role in driving revenue, passenger numbers and gross profit targets across the product portfolio.
  • In conjunction with marketing team plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and communications that bring new products to life and support key business objectives.
  • Create engaging content to support product launches and promotions.
  • Keep website and social media content fresh and relevant.
  • Track campaign performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and return on investment.
  • Ensure all product and marketing activity consistently reflects brand standards.

Product & Marketing Manager – Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in product, tailor-made cruise sales, commercial or marketing within the travel industry, with cruise industry experience being extremely beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of cruise products and the wider travel market.
  • A proven ability to develop and negotiate commercially successful products and offers.
  • Confident using data to spot opportunities and guide decision making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Well organised with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
