Digital Marketing Executive required by a friendly, experiential travel company based in London. This company’s number one priority is that they make a positive impact to the environment, the wildlife and the communities in the places where they take their customers. Over 50% of their travellers are repeat business, but they continue to invest in their customer acquisition and are therefore looking to hire for this Digital Marketing Executive role. This position is office-based, Monday to Friday. Salary 25-35K dependent upon experience.
Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine paid media activity across Google platforms, including Search, Display, and Performance Max. Develop and test ad copy, manage bids and keyword lists, and run marketing initiatives aimed at boosting conversion rates.
- Produce regular insight reports to guide ongoing optimisation.
- Keep website content current by adding new experiences, accommodations, and features in collaboration with web developers. Support improvements to site usability and conversion rates while applying strong SEO fundamental, covering metadata, headings, keyword intent, and technical maintenance.
- Manage both organic and paid social activity across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Adapt tone and messaging to fit each audience and use analytics to measure engagement and reach.
- Use GA4 and complementary analytics tools to monitor digital performance, assess lead quality, and create concise data reports for the wider team.
- Help maintain the smooth exchange of information between platforms such as Pipedrive, Zapier, and Mailchimp. Ensure automations support lead handling, communications, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce new travel regions. Contribute to copywriting, paid campaigns, and social activity to support each launch.
- Keep track of competitor marketing and wider industry trends, identifying fresh opportunities to refine strategy and performance.
Digital Marketing Executive Experience and Skills required:
- At least two years of practical experience working in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns, including writing engaging ad copy.
- Familiarity with content management systems and customer relationship platforms; experience with Craft, Pipedrive, or Zapier is advantageous but not required.
- Confident in using GA4 and interpreting analytics to inform decision-making.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
