Private Luxury Travel & Business Development Manager - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic lead for ultra-luxury travel consulting, overseeing high-value client relationships and bespoke itinerary design
  • Drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals
  • Lead consultative sales efforts, converting complex enquiries into high-margin bookings
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage elite travel audiences
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue goals, client segmentation, and service innovation
  • Maintain deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and partnerships to deliver cutting-edge experiences
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and service excellence

Private Luxury Travel & Business Development Manager - Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in ultra-luxury travel, with a focus on high-touch service
  • Proven success in developing new business pipelines and converting UHNW leads into loyal clients
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation
  • Expertise in luxury marketing, including campaign design and implementation
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills across both client and supplier networks
  • Deep familiarity with elite destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations
  • Highly proactive, organised, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable working independently and influencing at senior levels
