Whether it’s a family escape, a long haul adventure or a luxury cruise, they offer personalised service, exceptional value and expertly crafted itineraries.  They are now seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join their friendly team and help inspire customers to explore the world.

Travel Consultant – Role & Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to overall branch success
• Plan and book bespoke package holidays, cruises and tailor made itineraries
• Stay up to date with industry trends and destination knowledge
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to post travel support
• Assist customers with any issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth experience
• Promote travel within the local community through creative and engaging initiatives

Travel Consultant – Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high street travel agency
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Natural enthusiasm for travel and confidence in sharing destination knowledge
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers
• Strong attention to detail when handling bookings and customer information

Travel Consultant – Additional Information:

• Competitive starting salary (dependent on experience) + lucrative monthly commission
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays on a rota)
