Product Executive
This successful specialist travel company are looking for a Product Executive to join their small, collaborative product team. Reporting into the Worldwide Product Manager, this is a truly exciting opportunity, working with a range of diverse and unique range of destinations including Canada, Australasia, Expedition Cruising & Alaska!   You will be involved in a range of tasks from uploading pricing and product content to liaising with various suppliers to support with product development and contracting.  In addition to a salary of £30k and hybrid working, you will be rewarded with excellent benefits and the chance to be part of an inspiring company who continue to make significant investments in their staff, office environment and technology.
 

Product Executive - Role & Responsibilities: 

• Assisting suppliers with any queries, resolving issues and ensuring strong partnerships.
• Maintaining contracts with existing overseas suppliers making sure the best possible rates and terms and conditions are secured.
• Carrying out competitor analysis on pricing and product.
• Support with negotiating contracts, securing advantageous rates & terms.
• Assisting the Sales and Operations team with enquiries, costings and product related issues.
• Assisting the Marketing team to ensure all product on the website are up to date and accurate.
• Assist when required with content for website, brochure etc
• Obtaining images and videos for use in marketing campaigns.

Product Executive - Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience of working in a Product role within a tour operator is desirable but candidates with experience of working for a Tour Operator in a tailor-made sales or operations role, with knowledge of Canada, Alaska, Australasia, Costa Rica , Polar would also be considered.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills.
• Results and target orientated.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Results and target driven
