Are you an experienced luxury travel specialist with the expertise to create bespoke worldwide itineraries for high-net-worth clients? If so, this is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive luxury travel business, designing and managing extraordinary journeys for discerning clients.  The role of Senior Luxury Travel Specialist offers full scope to contribute as a key member of a dynamic team, creating high-value, tailored travel experiences, liaising directly with private clients, ensuring itineraries exceed expectations and reflect the highest standards of bespoke travel planning. Basic salary of £45k to £50k plus generous bonus & fully home based (UK).

Senior Luxury Travel Specialist – Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Create luxury tailored trips for high-net-worth clients, ensuring each journey is unique and flawlessly executed.
  • Build lasting relationships, maintaining a proactive, trusted approach with clients to enhance retention and referrals.
  • Develop and convert bespoke travel proposals, showcasing expertise and high-touch service to secure bookings.
  • Liaise with global contacts to source exclusive experiences and premium services, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and standards.
  • Keep ahead of new trends, destinations and luxury travel concepts to continually offer fresh, exciting experiences.
  • Ensure travel concepts and itineraries align with the company’s values, maintaining excellence in presentation and execution.
  • Engage with clients and partners using exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to a discerning audience.
  • Understand the world of luxury travel and high-net-worth clients to create itineraries that exceed expectations.

Senior Luxury Travel Specialist – Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in luxury travel, with a strong track record in bespoke travel sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with sophisticated travellers.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, creative flair, and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, working independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team.
  • Familiarity with the requirements high-net-worth individuals and their unique travel needs.
  • Strong worldwide luxury travel & destination knowledge and personal experience of travelling to long & short haul destinations. 

Senior Luxury Travel Specialist – Key Benefits:

  • £45k to £50k basic salary, based on experience, plus performance-related annual bonus of c£10k.
  • Fully home based (UK only).
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional additional hours as required.
  • 25 days annual leave.
