Branch Manager – Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
• Develop and deliver a local business development plan to grow the customer base and increase repeat business.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships through expert travel consultation and personalised service.
• Oversee the planning and booking of tailormade holidays, cruises, and bespoke itineraries.
• Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating team successes.
• Ensure the team maintains uptodate product knowledge, destination expertise, and awareness of industry trends.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth day to day branch operations.
• Represent the brand within the local community as a visible and trusted travel specialist.

Branch Manager – Skills & Experience Required:

• Background in travel sales or a customer facing travel environment.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, or managing a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in driving business growth.
• A consultative sales approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident decisionmaker with the ability to take ownership of branch performance.
• Genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Branch Manager – Additional Info:

• Salary of c £30k plus monthly commission and annual bonus.  Lucrative OTE potential.
• 9.30 to 5.30
