Marketing Campaigns Manager, Online Travel, London / Hybrid. A superb opportunity to join this global, online travel business where you will be responsible for deputising the UK Marketing Lead, building demand and raising the companies profile with UK travellers.

You will be tasked with creating and delivering engaging campaigns across the app, web, CRM and owned channels.  

Marketing Campaigns Manager Responsibilities 
 

  • Media Planning
    • Build periodic sprint calendars that lead to the achievement of revenue and margin targets
    • A/B Testing
    • Rotating and deciding which inventory to promote through the various channels such as social, email, push, and banners.  
  • Project Management 
    • Manage content, rollout plans and deliverables with internal teams and agencies
    • Track and manage budgets, timelines and risks. 
    • Maintain close communication with supply teams to optimise inventory. 
  • Brand Management 
    • Design campaigns to meet commercial goals whilst maintaining brand strategy 
    • Ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences 
    • Work with cross functional teams on copy and design. 
  • Insight and Analytics
    • Utilise dashboards to tack and monitor ROI as well as other KPI's 
    • Utilise learnings to drive continuous improvements on campaign roadmap


Marketing Campaigns Manager Skills and Experience Required
 

  • Multi-channel campaigns management experience across digital platforms such as web, app, CRM and social). 
  • Experience in the online travel sector would be a big plus, but similar experience within an ecommerce or online marketplace would also be desirable. 
  • Experience of media planning, budget management and tracking of ROI. 
  • Experience managing multiple campaign launches and projects 
  • A strong storyteller than can write conversion-minded copy and brief creatives 
  • Data knowledge in Braze, Looker, GA4 and Mixpanel or equivalent. 
  • A strong cultural awareness with an ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.   
  • Flexibility to accommodate calls with global colleagues and partners in different time zones which are likely to fall outside the usual 9-5 at times.

  • The role will initially be remote while the company are planning to open an office in London in early 2026, after which hybrid working 3-4 days per week in the office.
