We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Asia Travel Specialist to join a luxury travel business specialising in tailor-made holidays to Asia, specifically Japan, Indochina, China & India. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced travel sales professional with exceptional Asia destination knowledge to join this growing team. This position is fully home based in the UK or Ireland with excellent OTE & regular fam trips. 

Asia Travel Specialist - Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively selling tailor made holidays to Asia, while delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results.
• Manage customers from initial enquiry through to their return, maximising conversion through expert destination knowledge, relationship building and attention to detail.
• Support enquiry management, booking quality, lead follow up and pipeline activity, assisting with complex bookings and helping to maximise conversion opportunities across the team.

Asia Travel Specialist - Skills & Experience Required:

• Significant tailor-made travel sales experience with strong knowledge of Asia – specifically Japan, Indochina, China and India (must have excellent knowledge of at least some of these destinations).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer buying behaviour.
• Passion for creating exceptional tailor-made travel experiences, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and results-focused approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel overseas to further develop destination knowledge and supplier relationships.

Asia Travel Specialist - Additional Information:

• Competitive salary plus performance related bonus structure – OTE of  £40k +
• Fully home based in the UK or Ireland
• Regular educational visits and overseas travel opportunities.
• Weekend working on a rota
