Operations Executive
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury villa specialist, recognised for exceptional service, high quality properties and unforgettable holiday experiences. They are now looking for a highly organised, customer focused Operations Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer journeys.

Operations Executive – Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting with queries, issues, post-holiday feedback and personalised booking updates.
  • Work closely with Destination Experts and Operations Managers to ensure smooth in resort operations and consistent service standards.
  • Manage booking changes, flight schedule updates, supplier communications and customer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate villa information, health & safety updates, resort portal content and app information.
  • Assist with revenue generating in resort services and ensure payments and system updates are completed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate arrival details and customer requirements are met.
  • Support seasonal admin tasks including property start-ups/shut-downs, documentation checks, reports and incident logs.
  • Build strong destination knowledge and support teams with destination queries, research and crisis management when required.
  • Suggest improvements to processes, procedures and customer experience.

Operations Executive – Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working for a Villa Specialist or Tour Operator in an operations, customer service or overseas role.
  • Highly organised, process driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with exceptional written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution focused approach.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to build trusted relationships quickly.
  • Positive approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • 2nd European language useful – Italian, French

Operations Executive – Additional Information

  • Salary - £30k
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in central London office
  • Flexitime (including option to bank hours giving an additional 4 days off per year)
  • 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
