Commercial Analyst
A well respected company are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their expanding commercial team based in Manchester. The role will be responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, regular pricing availability updates & co-ordination of promotional activity from a pricing/discount perspective, whilst keeping up to date with competitors pricing.

Commercial Analyst – Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and interpretation of data / trends to create recommendations on pricing and promotions
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance
• Competitor analysis & price checking

Commercial Analyst - Skills Required:

• Experience working as a commercial or data analyst  2-3 years experience required
• High attention to detail, thorough and meticulous
• Ability to manipulate large data sets in excel, into meaningful information and proven experience of translating this to the business
• Excellent experience using excel including formulas & pivot tables
• Experience with Power Bi or Tableau would be an advantage

 Commercial Analyst - Additional Information :

• Salary circa £35k (some flexibility for experienced senior candidates)
• Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (can be flexible on shift pattern)
• This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Greater Manchester.
