Reservations agent

Reservations and groups agent - Required for this global airline based in their West London office. They are looking for a travel industry professional  from a reservations background, ideally airline experience and ideally sabre knowledge. Office based role, Monday to Friday. Salary around £27,000 plus bonus and great benefits including a yearly free flight for you and a family member

Reservations and group agents duties
-Group sales and reservations
-Preparation of route analysis data
-Taking reservations calls from direct and trade partners
-Generating airline bookings, changes, issuinga nd reissuing tickets, 
-Processing invoices
-Daily and monthly airline sales reports
-Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets, 

Reservations and groups agents skills required
-Minimum of 2 years in a airline reservations role 
-Ideally sabre trained, but they will cross train from a different GDS
-Knowledge of fares and ticketing 
-Excellent telephone manner

Additional information
-Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, office based in West London
