Operations manager

Operations manager - Required for this luxury high end  travel company travel. Its a amazing company, in is infancy, 3 years old, plenty of funding and financial backing. 
Homebased, 50/80k plus equity and benefit's. They are looking for a hands on senior operations person, from a luxury travel or concierge background , someone who is use to doing the day to day operational tasks, but with the experience to grow a team. This is not a 9 to 5.30pm role, the team work longer hours, but get rewarded for their hard work. 

Operations managers duties
-Own travel operations end-to-end, from booking confirmation to trip completion and post-travel follow-up
-Act as the primary, client-facing operational point of contact for premium clients
-Execute bespoke travel requests, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and special requests
-Manage and grow relationships with global hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers
-Handle real-time changes, issues, and escalations during travel with calm and decisive problem-solving
-Collaborate closely with the founding team and engineers to improve internal tools and systems
-Prepare the foundations for scaling the operations team, including training materials and quality standards

Operations managers skills required
-Minimum 3 years in an operations role in the travel industry, ideally within luxury travel
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating directly with clients
-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes and escalations
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
-A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
