Ski Sales Consultant – Remote Working
This leading specialist ski tour operator, are looking for experienced, and enthusiastic sales staff to join them as one of their dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate Ski Sales Consultants. If you would like to combine your sales ability with your love of ski, this fantastic opportunity could be for you! Basic salary of £26k OTE £34k fully home based. 

Ski Sales Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, using warm leads to generate enquiries and maximise opportunities to take new bookings.
• Deal with incoming enquiries from travel agents and direct customers, using effective selling techniques to close the sale and maximise booking success.
• Identify customer needs and pro-actively sell additional services such as lift passes & ski hire.
• Work to sales targets to ensure maximum sales revenue and margins.
• Use your ski product knowledge to pro-actively switch sell destination / product as appropriate to maximise enquiry conversion rates.
• Complete booking administration in line with company and ABTA guidelines and timescales.

Ski Sales Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:

• Ski travel sales experience essential.
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding and ideally have participated in these activities in a European ski resort.
• Exemplary customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner..
• Ability to calculate holiday costings, using basic arithmetic and percentages.
• Exceptional attention to detail when working with data and numbers.

Ski Sales Consultant - Additional Information:

• Basic salary of £26k plus commission (OTE £34k)
• Fully home based
