Business Development Manager – USA (Remote)

A fantastic opportunity to join a global outsourcing specialist providing high-quality support to the travel industry — now expanding into the US market.

We’re seeking a well-connected, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition across the US and North America in the travel sector.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with C-suite leaders at major travel companies, develop tailored solutions, and drive market growth — with the autonomy to shape strategy and the backing of a collaborative global team.

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business with tour operators, OTAs, travel agents, DMCs and TMCs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Present compelling outsourcing solutions and oversee client onboarding
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure client success

Business Development Manager Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive business development or commercial experience in the travel industry
  • Strong network at C-suite level within the travel sector
  • Knowledge of travel operations, technology platforms and outsourcing models
  • Entrepreneurial, consultative, and target-driven approach

Business Development Manager Additional Details:

  • Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year + commission
