A fantastic opportunity to join this award winning inbound Tour Operator. As Contracts and Inventory Support you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting and data entry working with senior team members.
Contracts and Inventory Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the seasonal contracting process
- Support the Inventory Manager in maintaining records
- Notify overseas partners of updated rates and offers
- Support in updating the website’s special offers section
Contracts and Inventory Skills and Experience Required
- Proficiency in database systems (NX preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and negotiation aptitude
Contracts and Inventory Key Benefits
- Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
