Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultants to work nights on their repatriation team, assisting clients in medical emergencies. This role can be full or part time with a competitive salary.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Duties

• Book travel and hotel accommodation for the emergency medical assistance cases 
• Support and understand the client’s assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing
• Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation
• Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction 

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Skills Required:

• Minimum of two years’ experience of working in the travel industry
• Knowledge of Galileo is preferable but will consider other GDS 
• Attention to detail 
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
• Problem-solving

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Additional Info:

• All training is to be carried out in the office in Hampshire (approx 2 weeks) then fully remote
• Shifts 10pm to 8am Mon to Fri and 9pm to 8am Sat and Sun
