Ski Sales Consultant Role and Responsibilities

• Create bespoke ski holidays tailored to each customer’s preferences
• Providing expert advice on resorts, accommodation and travel options
• Managing enquiries via phone, email and online channels, converting leads into confirmed bookings
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, resort developments and industry trends

Ski Sales Consultant Skills and Experience Required

• A genuine passion for skiing and the mountains
• Previous experience in travel sales, ski travel or a customer facing role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak booking periods
