CRM Manager
As CRM Manager, you will own the strategic development, optimisation and daily management of HubSpot across the portfolio. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion, enhancing retention and ensuring every customer touchpoint is relevant, timely and insight driven.
CRM Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HubSpot as the central CRM platform, ensuring best practice configuration, integration and optimisation.
  • Develop and implement a CRM and customer lifecycle strategy that drives lead generation, conversion, retention and loyalty.
  • Create and manage segmented email marketing campaigns to maximise engagement and revenue.
  • Oversee database management, ensuring data accuracy, GDPR compliance and strong governance.
  • Work closely with Sales to align processes, improve lead quality and enhance pipeline visibility.

CRM Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • At least five years’ CRM or marketing automation experience, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Strong hands on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Proven track record of building and optimising automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using reporting tools and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and data compliance best practice.
