Senior business travel consultant

Senior Business travel consultant - Required to on a high profile dedicated financial account. Seeking an experienced business travel consultant with Sabre who can work a small shift pattern between 8am and 6pm. Working office based in Central London, Hybrid or homeworking available. Salary up to 32k (or with an extra £2000-4000 if commuting into London for office or Hybrid. plus excellent benefits!

Senior Business travel consultant duties

• ·         Search and confirm corporate travel reservations, using sabre
• ·         Provide Business travel offers and general travel advice to clients
• ·         Strong understanding of a client travel policy to guide and consistently provide consultation to the client
• ·         Deal with flights, hotel and ground arrangements, as well as reissues and ticketing queries.

Senior business travel consultant skills required

• ·         Previous experience in the corporate travel management industry working for a TMC
• ·         Solid working knowledge of policies, procedures and processes used in BT
• ·         Experience with Sabre is essential.
• ·         Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously whilst building rapport with your client
• ·         Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
• ·         Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
