As a Private Jet Broker you will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing aircraft, negotiating charter contracts, and ensuring a seamless end to end experience for HNWI, corporate clients, and industry partners. This is a dynamic, fast paced role that rewards initiative, resilience, and a passion for aviation and customer service.
Private Jet Broker Role and Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of charter clients through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Respond to charter enquiries, prepare quotations, and present tailored aircraft options
  • Source suitable aircraft from operators worldwide and negotiate competitive pricing
  • Oversee the full charter process, including booking, documentation, logistics, and post?flight follow?up
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client receives a premium, personalised experience


Private Jet Broker Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in private jet brokerage, charter sales
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to negotiate confidently and close deals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Passion for aviation and a desire to build a long?term career in the industry
