As a Private Jet Broker you will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing aircraft, negotiating charter contracts, and ensuring a seamless end to end experience for HNWI, corporate clients, and industry partners. This is a dynamic, fast paced role that rewards initiative, resilience, and a passion for aviation and customer service.
Private Jet Broker Role and Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of charter clients through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Respond to charter enquiries, prepare quotations, and present tailored aircraft options
- Source suitable aircraft from operators worldwide and negotiate competitive pricing
- Oversee the full charter process, including booking, documentation, logistics, and post?flight follow?up
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client receives a premium, personalised experience
Private Jet Broker Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in private jet brokerage, charter sales
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to negotiate confidently and close deals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Passion for aviation and a desire to build a long?term career in the industry
