Senior Travel Manager

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology-led travel and lifestyle platform that supports UHNW clients globally.

As the business continues to scale its international membership base, it is expanding its Member Experience team and is seeking a Senior Travel Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional, high-touch service offering, with a strong focus on travel.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious company at an early stage, working closely with the founders and product team, with genuine scope to develop into a leadership role.

The Role

As Senior Travel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience, curating and delivering world-class bespoke travel experiences.

You’ll collaborate directly with proprietary AI technology and internal teams to deliver proactive, personalised, and seamless support to an international, high-expectation client base.

This role offers exposure across travel, hospitality, product, operations, and business growth, making it ideal for someone looking to build long-term career value in a next-generation platform.

Senior Travel Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver exceptional travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences tailored to individual members
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier global suppliers, including luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, DMCs, and specialist partners
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively recommend meaningful opportunities that enhance both personal and professional lifestyles
  • Stay ahead of global travel, hospitality, and lifestyle trends to consistently exceed expectations
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide frontline insight and help shape future innovation

Senior Travel Manager Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium lifestyle services
  • Passionate about creating memorable, high-impact experiences
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working with senior, high-profile clients
  • Excited by technology and motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of travel and lifestyle services
  • Open to flexible and demanding hours in return for accelerated growth and meaningful reward

Senior Travel Manager Additional Info:

  • Competitive salary with strong performance-based upside
  • Full-time office role 5 days a week, with 15 days a year of remote working
  • Equity participation at an early stage
  • Lifestyle and travel access perks
  • Annual education budget and industry exposure
  • FAM trips and conference attendance
  • Latest tech to support your work
  • Comprehensive health benefits and generous parental leave

Why Apply?

This is a chance to step away from legacy systems and slow-moving structures and be part of a company redefining travel, hospitality, and lifestyle through technology and human expertise — with real ownership, progression, and influence from day one.
