Senior Business Travel Consultant

Senior Business Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. This is a Monday to Friday role and can be office-based, hybrid or fully remote with a competitive salary dependent on experience. 

Senior Business Travel Consultant duties:

• Managing all manner of business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Provide expert travel advice whilst adhering to travel policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and delivering excellent customer service
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
• Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required: 

• Previous experience in a Senior Business Travel Consultant role
• Knowledge of Amadeus is preferable but may consider other GDS 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of travel booking tools and platforms
