VIP luxury travel consultant

VIP luxury travel consultant/ Account Director  - Required for this expanding luxury tour operator. They are looking for a  luxury travel consultant/account director from the travel industry. The role is a exciting position where you manage one of the companies biggest clients who spend huge amounts of money on luxury holidays mainly in Europe and some in Asia and internally to make sure the process runs smoothly. So internally dealing with the reservations agent, concierge team and lifestyle team. You are then the point of contact when the clients travel. Salary around 60k plus great bonus and benefit's 

VIP luxury travel consultants/Account directors duties
-Dealing with one main  American client, a bank who book a number of very high end luxury trips and around Europe and Asia 
-You are the go between, between the banks travellers and internally with the team to make sure the trip is booked and runs smoothly. Providing the very best levels of customer service throughout the process.
-You are the point of contact when the people are travelling dealing with any problems that might arise and well as any requests they might have  
-The clients will be booking hotels, flights, yacht, cruises, private jets, restaurants, private tours, requests within hotels, spa treatments etc etc 

VIP luxury travel consultants/Account directors skills required
-VIP luxury travel industry experience is a must dealing with HNWIs
-Strong knowledge of Europe and Asia
-Ideally knowledge of dealing with US clientele
-Amazing attention to details and a can do attitude
-Great problem solver

-Homebased is fine with an occasional day in the London office
