Business travel consultant - entertainment clients

Senior Business travel consultant - Exciting new opportunity to join a growing Travel Management Company arranging travel for clients in the Entertainment / music industry. We are looking for experienced Business travel consultants or Travel consultants that have dealt with production or entertainment business travel clients previously or a Corporate Travel consultant to work on dedicated entertainment accounts based in Manchester or London with Galileo or Amadeus .

In return you will be offered a salary between £25,000 -£35,000 plus excellent benefits and an opportunity to work closely with your dedicated clients,

Senior Business Travel consultant/ Travel consultant duties:

• Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
• Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
• Giving first class service to every client and building rapport with tour managers or travel managers

Senior Business Travel consultant / Travel consultant - skills required

• Strong business travel or corporate travel or music touring travel experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of Galileo
• Ticketing and reissuing experience
• Knowledge of group travel on a GDS would be an advantage, although not essential as this part can be trained providing you've used a GDS
• Exceptional service and the ability to build strong bonds with your clients

Senior Business travel consultant other info:

• Working between 0830-1830 on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
