An excellent opportunity to join an established and growing travel company, who are recruiting for an experienced Travel Manager to join their team based near Northampton. This role involves supporting and developing a small team of travel consultants, planning, and delivering training, completing one to ones and also supporting with any complex booking enquiries . This role offers a salary £30-£35k plus benefits and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and will either be fully office based or hybrid working.

Travel Manager – Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
  • Drive exceptional customer service standards across the team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.

Travel Manager  – Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a travel leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Travel  Manager – Additional Information:

  • Salary £30-35k dependent on experience
  • Office or Hybrid working
  • Fam trips provided.
