Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant
Dutch speaking Business travel consultant required for a large successful travel company based from Home
Seeking Travel consultants that have experience in Corporate travel, business travel or Leisure travel with fluent Dutch to work from home
Working Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 6 weeks, servicing a mixture of client accounts for this Business travel management company.

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant responsibilities

• Book travel arrangements to include hotels, flights and transportation using a GDS system
• Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, upgrades as needed
• Deal with reissues, schedule changes and amendments to flights
• Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, hotels and tickets
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Manage customised solutions with clients and partners.

Dutch speaking Business Travel Consultant Skills required

• Working knowledge of a GDS, either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre will be advantageous although can be trained if you have a travel qualification or experience in travel
• Business Travel, corporate travel, or leisure travel reservations experience
• Fluent Dutch and English
• A team player, with strong communication skills, who thrive in a busy environment.
• Able to train away for the first week

Dutch speaking Business Travel Consultant additional info:

• Paying a salary of £26,000 - £33,000 depending on experience ( GDS skills would gain the higher end of the salary range)
• Commissions scheme of around £2000 - £4000 a year although is uncapped – paid monthly
• Homeworking or Hybrid available
• Excellent benefits on offer to include private healthcare, life assurance, option to buy or sell annual leave, pension, discounted staff travel
• 31.5 days holiday (inclusive of Bank holidays)
• Small shift pattern between 7am - 5.30pm
• Mon - Fri with 1 weekend day in every 6 weeks ( with a day in Lieu)
