Seeking an experienced Galileo Ticketer!

We’re looking for an experienced GDS Ticketer with strong Galileo / Travelport skills to join a leading global TMC

You’ll be the go-to expert for ticketing, reissues, and refunds — keeping complex bookings running smoothly and supporting a busy, high-performing operations team.

What you’ll do as a Galileo Ticketer

• Issue and reissue tickets using Galileo / Travelport
• Manage refunds, exchanges, and BSP/ADM queries
• Troubleshoot fare and ticketing issues quickly and accurately
• Support consultants with pricing and fare checks

What you’ll bring as a Galileo Ticketer

• Proven ticketing or travel operations experience
• Excellent Galileo knowledge (essential)
• Strong understanding of fare rules, reissues, and refunds
• Detail-driven and proactive with a can-do attitude

What’s on offer for this Galileo ticketer

• Competitive salary £35-40k DOE
• Hybrid working (UK) candidates need to be base commutable to either Manchester or London for 3 days in the office

• Hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm or 10.30am -6.30pm and a rotational Friday where you will work 11am – 7pm once every month
