Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager: An exciting new role with this travel specialist company. Developing compelling propositions to meet the needs of their customers. Paying £40-45K, Hybrid with their offices in Coventry.

Product Development Manager, Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring their product and services meet the needs of their customers
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from membership proposition to new product development and existing product improvement
• Synthesise customer, market and operational data, developing a understand of their customer needs
• Identify opportunities to develop new products and introduce product innovation

Product Development Manager, Skills Required:

• Previous experience managing Product Development in a travel or leisure business
• Experience of taking customer research and insight and translating them into product development plans
• Working knowledge of email marketing and social media platforms
• Knowledge of the camping, caravanning or motorhome market
• Budget management skills including planning and monitoring

Additional Information:

• Paying £40-45K
• Hybrid with their offices in Coventry - 2 days in the office on a Tue and Wed.
• 28 days holiday (this includes time off between xmas and new year) + bank holidays
• Option to buy and sell up to 5 days holiday
• 5% pension contribution
