Business travel support agent - Required for this global travel organisation. You will be working on a hybrid basis with 1 day in a London office, homebased for an exceptional candidate, salary up to 40k. Experience wise, they are looking for 5 years travel industry experience, knowledge of amadeus and galileo, strong fares and ticketing experience, ideally a mix of corporate and leisure.
Business travel support agents duties
-Supporting the companies independent consultants who look after both corporate and leisure clients
-Actioning requests sent over to the helpdesk, such as issuing/reissuing and refunding complex airline tickets, help advisors with systems such as concur,Dolphin etc, help with ADMS, GDS issues, both amadeus and galileo
-Assist new advisors with setup and run training sessions
-Manage the UK hotel inbox
-Support advisors with NDC requests
-Quality checking advisors bookings
Business travel support agents skills required
-Minimum 5 years business/leisure travel experience
-Excellent Amadeus and galileo knowledge
-Strong fares and ticketing knowledge
-Good British rail and European train knowledge
-Good knowledge of Concur
Additional information
-Monday to Friday role, 1/2 days in a central London office. Homebased for an exceptional candidate
-Hours 3 days during the week working around 12 noon to 8pm and Saturday and sunday 9am to 5.30pm, two days off during the week together
