Financial Controller/FD - Tour Operator - Homebased - £90/£100 plus bonus  An excellent opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional to join a well established tour operator based in Central London where you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and overseeing all financial controls, a small team  and management of the business.

Financial Controller/FD s  Responsibilities 

-You will be responsible for leading a small team of 4, so this role will be both hands on and strategic by nature.
-You will be responsible for any monies coming into or out of the business. 
-You will analyse the figures, margins and trends to challenge the management team and make improvements to the companies performance.
-Create financial reports, oversee monthly payroll, manage and report on cash flows
-Manage the internal and external audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 

Financial Controller/FD  Skills Required 

• Must have relevant financial qualifications (ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in the travel industry is a must
• Experience leading a small team and partnering with senior management to contribute at a commercial and strategic level
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Strong Excel skills

Financial Controller/FD  Additional Details

-A basic salary of £90,000 - £100,000 depending on experience, bonus potential plus great benefits.
-Happy with remote or some time in the office depending on the successful candidates location and preference.
