Business travel consultant - Out of hours part time

Business travel consultants  - Out of hours  part time Required for this global TMC. The role is homebased, they are looking for 2 Out of hours business travel consultants experience with sabre on a part time basis . Salary up to 41k pro rata plus benefits. Shifts listed below but some flexibility will be required.   

Business travel consultants  - Out of hours duties
-Working out of hours, answering calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner. Dealing with both UK and US clients 
-Offering expert advise in all aspects of travel
-Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the ‘day’ team
-Work as part of an efficient team, communicating effectively both internally and externally
-To issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares using sabre 
-Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product

Business travel Out of hours consultants Skills Required:
-Previous Out of hours experience ideally but certainly not essential 
-Knowledgeable on Sabre is essential 
-Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
-On the pulse with world events and likely travel implications

Additional information
-They are looking for 2 people, 
Shifts
Sat -sun 8pm to 8am
Mon to Tues 8pm to 8am
Tuesday 6pm to 10pm
Wednesday 6pm to 10pm 
Thurs 6pm to 10pm
Fri 6pm to 10om
