Executive assistant - Required for this niche travel company based in South West London. They are looking for a part time EA from the travel industry to work 4/5 hours a day from home or in the office. They will pay between 25/30k pro rata for the successful candidate to start in June.

Executive assistants duties
-Manage Director's diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
-Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate
-Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
-Remind directors of important tasks, meetings and deadlines
-Organise meetings and ensure that each Director and any noted attendees are well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers. This includes monthly board and managers meetings and any others as deemed appropriate.
-Attend and minute the notes of meetings where necessary and distribute amongst noted attendees
-Follow up on minutes from meeting and ensure action points are moved along
-Manage Directors email inbox to handle enquiries, issues and problems, responding or directing them to the appropriate department. Bring forward emails that require director input / response at appropriate times.
-Handle enquiries, issues and problems addressed to Directors, or direct them to the appropriate department for response
-Preparing reports, filing and ad-hoc administrative tasks
-Implement and maintain procedures / administrative systems where appropriate
-General office management duties including ordering of supplies and stationery, as well as management of office maintenance
-Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
-Collating and filing expenses
-File monthly ATOL APC returns from reports sent
-File monthly / quarterly ABTOT returns from reports sent
-Submit monthly payroll reports to external company
-Locate and request receipts for HMRC VAT returns and upload online

Executive assistants skills required
-The successful candidate must have EA/PA experience within the travel industry.
-Happy to be office based in South West London or home based, so any UK location is fine
-Must be able to work 4/5 hours Monday to Friday
- The role is an initial 6 month contract that may go perm
-The role will start in June
