French Speaking Customer Service Agent
This Specialist travel company are looking for a native French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their expanding team on a part time basis. This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a French Speaking Customer Service Agent you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from French & English customers.
French Speaking Customer Service Agent - Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from French & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
- Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
- Handle all related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with overseas villa owners as required to pass on information and resolve any situations arising.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the villas offered and the areas in which they are located.
French Speaking Customer Service Agent - Skills Required:
- Must be a native French speaker with fluent English verbal & written.
- Customer service experience gained in an office environment with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the company's success and growth.
- Technology skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Travel industry experience would be an advantage.
French Speaking Customer Service Agent - Additional Information:
- Part time role - circa 20 hours per week including every other Saturday.
- Salary circa £24k (pro rata) depending on experience.
- Working hours are flexible but will include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Regular familiarisation trips are provided.
- Regular social events.
