French Speaking Customer Service Executive
This Villa Specialist travel company is looking for a French Speaking Customer Services Executive to join their expanding team.This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a French Speaking Customer Services Executive you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from French & English customers.
French Speaking Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from French & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
- Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
- Handle all related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with overseas villa owners as required to pass on information and resolve any situations arising.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the villas offeed and the areas in which they are located.
French Speaking Customer Service Executive - Skills Required:
- Bilingual French / English verbal & written required.
- Experience in the travel sector preferred, with a knowledge of Italy being an advantage.
- Customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the company's success and growth.
French Speaking Customer Service Executive - Additional Information:
- Salary circa £24k depending on experience.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 6, plus weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Regular familiarisation trips are provided.
- 28 days annual leave (including bank hlidays).
- Regular social events.
