SRP System Support - 3 month contract £300-£400/day Surrey


This leading Aviation company serves clients across the globe, in all aspects of aircraft charter, leasing, flight management, aircraft seat sales and refurbishment. From scheduled fleet support and emergency response, to executive and group travel, they provide comprehensive solutions through their global resources, delivering flight operations of the highest standard on behalf of their clients and airline partners.


They are looking to add an additional member to their team to support and help develop their ERP system and General IT administration on a fixed term contract role that is initially 3 months.


They have recently implemented NetSuite as our integrated ERP system. Now the system is bedding into all departments and international offices there is further customisation and development work needed. They also need support in their general IT administration handling low level issues or managing escalation to our external IT support company.


The new member of the team will report into their NetSuite Implementation Manager who is an experienced NetSuite consultant. Training will be given and prior NetSuite experience, although useful, is not a requirement.


ERP System Support - Skills & Experience required are:

  • A high level of IT competence, familiarity with all mainstream Microsoft applications.
  • HTML coding (hand coding)
  • CSS (Contextual Style Sheets)
  • Training / User coaching
  • Understanding of general IT infrastructure
  • 2+ years' experience in IT support role


It would also be advantageous if you have:

  • experience of NetSuite Dashboards, Reporting, Saved Searches, Template
  • gained IT experience in a sales organisation
