This specialist Tourism Marketing company are recruiting for an experienced PA to join their small team based in Central London. Paying £25-28K

PA - Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administration and executive support tasks some of which are highly confidential and sensitive
- Compose letters and memorandum in response to enquiries
- Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for the Senior Director's
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the CEO's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings and conferences

PA - Skills Required:
- Solid track record in a senior administrative function or Personal Assistant
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Strong relationship builder - effectively builds and maintains relationships with employees, management and senior executive
- Computer literal with particular emphasis in Word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
- Understanding of Tourism Marketing would be a huge advantage

Additional Information:
- Paying £25-28K
- Based in Central London
- Working Mon - Fri 09.30 - 17.30
