This bespoke Tour Operator specialises in tailor made trips to Spain & Latin America.
Their success is based on their ability to differentiate their product, driven by a relentless focus on what they want their clients to experience. They are looking for a South America specialist to join their specialist team

Latin America Sales Specialist - Role

• Taking time to get to know the clients personally to ensure that their holiday is the experience they were expecting
• Work directly with suppliers, who are their clients to create bespoke itineraries.
• Being responsible for the client and their requirements from start to finish.
• Sharing your personal travel experiences to make sure the client is well informed and confident about their hoiday choice
• Work alongside alongside marketing, operations, finance & product teams in order to actively contribute to the company growth.

Latin America Sales Specialist - Skills

• You will be working, or have worked, in the specialist travel sector and be able to hit the ground selling Chile, Costa Rica and Spain particularly but also a range of other core destinations and experiences.
• You will be a passionate, motivated and energetic individual who wants to coach and lead a small sales crew to become a great, big team over the next four years.
• You will be someone for whom travel is a privilege to be shared. You need to have an inquisitive spirit to go and see what others see before pushing on to find the unusual, the unknown.
• You will be someone who is articulate and can communicate with all the whole team.
