Call Centre manager - Required for this expanding business based in a great location in central London. They are looking for an experienced call centre manager from the travel or hospitality industry and will pay up to £42,000 plus up to £8,000 bonus and benefits.
Call centre managers duties -Looking after a team of 21, a mixture of perm and temp staff with the idea of growing the team to 31 by the end of Feb/March. - The team deal with inbound call providing a high level of customer service and salesy -As the manager you must make sure the team exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets -Recruit new staff -Coach team members on calling techniques -Ensure accurate reporting of leads, pipeline, activities and forecast -Team management including hiring, coaching, development, quota setting and performance management
Call centre managers skills required -Strong call centre management background in travel or hospitality -History of over-achieving against quarterly and annual sales targets - Able to coach, lead and inspire teams to drive performance using a data-driven approach - Able to build and analyse reports in a CRM and provide accurate reporting metrics -Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse at decision-making levels - Comfortable working as part of a team in ambitious, quickly changing environments - Self-started with strong work ethic, initiative and drive
