Administration and Operations Executive or Manager
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our client, a specialist travel company, as their new Administration and Operations Executive. Depending upon the level of experience you bring to the role there is scope for it to begin as a managerial role but if not will become one in the future. Salary dependent upon experience.


Administration and Operations, Example duties :

  • Drafting client emails and letters
  • Management of client files
  • Manage bookings, taking payments
  • Liaison with suppliers and clients
  • Quality control
  • Managerial duties (from the off or in the future) such as pastoral care and training

Administration and Operations, Skills and Experience:

  • Good head for numbers
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Highly organised
  • Travel industry experience a benefit but not essential
