Administration and Operations Executive or Manager
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our client, a specialist travel company, as their new Administration and Operations Executive. Depending upon the level of experience you bring to the role there is scope for it to begin as a managerial role but if not will become one in the future. Salary dependent upon experience.
Administration and Operations, Example duties :
- Drafting client emails and letters
- Management of client files
- Manage bookings, taking payments
- Liaison with suppliers and clients
- Quality control
- Managerial duties (from the off or in the future) such as pastoral care and training
Administration and Operations, Skills and Experience:
- Good head for numbers
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Highly organised
- Travel industry experience a benefit but not essential
