Wonderful opportunity to join this ultra successful, award-winning, luxury tour operator as a homeworking Asia Travel Specialist. You will be using your specialist knowledge of Asia to book a wide range of holidays across the Region.   You will be an experienced Travel Consultant, with personal travel and experience of selling holidays to Asia with fantastic sales ability.   This is a fully home based role, offering a basic salary of £25k with lucrative uncapped commission, and the opportunity to travel on the most fabulous fam trips!
 
Asia Travel Specialist - Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond in an efficient and timely manner to incoming sales calls
• Provide customers with a personalised service, suggesting suitable itineraries and product to match their requirements 
• Be pro-active in using your specialist knowledge to support conversion of enquiries into sales on the first enquiry.
• Work towards sales targets
• Provide an exceptional service to all customers

Asia Travel Specialist - Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in a travel sales role
• In depth knowledge of Europe, through own travelling and / or of selling holidays to Europe
• Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed customers expectations.
• Experience of working with a variety of travel systems
• Ability to manage workload and thrive in a fast paced environment

Asia Travel Specialist -Key Benefits:

• Basic salary of £25k plus uncapped commission, an average of £400 to £1000 per month, with top sellers achieving £1500.
• Fully homebased – all equipment provided.
• 37.5 working week, Mon to Fri 9-8, Sat 9 to 6 & Sunday 11-4. One late shift per week, one weekend day each week and one full weekend off per month.
• Regular Fam trips - minimum of 1 per year
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service and your birthday off
