Travel Consultant - North American Specialists

North America Travel Consultants,  Homebased to £23.5k plus great comm, OTE up to 42k
We are seeking passionate and driven graduates, who have travelled far and wide, to join this North America specialist luxury operator in fantastic London, Offices or from home. You will be target driven and willing to work hard, be a proven team player. You will have excellent service skills and able to delight your customers. Salary to £23.5k plus uncapped bonus.

North America Travel Consultants Responsibilities:
Be inspired by the clients travel ideas and delight them with the product offered.
Passionate on every call about the brand and the product we sell
Understanding of selling principles and to be able to close the deal
Focused and driven to achieve targets
Maintain a positive mind-set to overcome challenges and barriers to selling
Handle customer queries that involves admin which is not selling
Handle customer complaints and resolve at first point of contact whenever possible

North American travel consultants Requirements:
Strong selling skills
Passion for Canada/ North America
High achiever
Strong customer service
Pro-active and able to manage own workload effectively
Able to communicate confidently and enthusiastically (both verbally and in writing)
Attention to detail
Able to multitask
Experience gained in the travel industry

Additional information
-Salary up to 23.5k plus great comm
-1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off during the week
-Shifts range from 9am to 5.30pm or 10am to 6.30pm during the week and 10am to 4pm on a Saturday
-2 free flights per year
