Aviation Operations Manager
This leading aviation company are looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring the successful running of the department, while working closely with Sales and commercial.

Aviation Manager Role and Responsibility

  • Organise the on call rota, weekly reviews and team meetings.
  • Ensure the team is running effectively and implement and necessary changes.
  • Manager all aspects of flights, liaising with clients and operators.
  • Check weather, slots and permits.
  • Book and check ancillary services.
  • Maintain communication with clients on all aspects of their flight.


Operations Manger Skills and Experience Required

  • Three years proven experience in a similar role, ideally in private aviation.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well and stay calm under pressure and to deal with difficult situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to liaise at Senior Director level.
