This is a truly fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading travel companies working with a range of diverse destinations and product.

Operations Executive Role and Responsibilities

  • Checking and confirming bookings and chasing any still on request.
  • Processing cancellations and refunds.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Checking contracts and availability.

Operations Executive Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good Worldwide destination knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Operations Executive Key Benefits

  • Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800 plus approx. 1 in 5 Saturdays.
