Location: Hybrid 2 days a week in London

Contracting Manager- DACH region responsibilities

• Negotiating and securing contracts with hotels in the DACH region
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with hotel partners and ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Monitoring and optimising performance, ensuring your portfolio of hotels is delivering the best results for the business
• Conducting market research to uncover exciting opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborating with regional leadership to craft and implement contracting strategies that deliver outstanding results
• Driving continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for growth

Contracting Manager- DACH Region Skills

• Proven experience in hotel contracting in a similar role
• A strong understanding of the hospitality market and dynamics within the DACH region
• A proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a competitive environment.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with hotel partners
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and drive results
• Experience using online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems
• Strong analytical and organisational skills to assess market trends and performance data
• Fluency in English and German
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
