Temporary Operations Assistant This specialist events travel company arrange VIP experiences at concerts and events in the UK & throughout Europe for a variety of world famous artists! They have a rare opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join their small, successful team to assist in the organisation of tours and to provide exceptional service to existing customers on a temporary basis to cover their busiest period.

Temporary Operations Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with enquiries to make and amend customer reservations.
  • Checking and sending ticket and information packs according to tight deadlines.
  • Researching relevant destinations to provide information both in house and externally.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Organising guest lists for check-in staff.

Temporary Operations Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in the travel / hospitality / Events industry preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent general administrative skills. 

Temporary Operations Assistant - Additional Information:

  • Paying £12-14ph DOE.
  • Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30.
  • Central location.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Car parking costs are reimbursed by the company.
