This well establish Travel Company are recruiting an experienced Cruise Administrator to join their small team. Remote based paying up to £24K.

Cruise Administrator, Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and solving passenger problems
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
  • Producing written information for passengers
  • Dealing with pre and post enquires
  • Making itinerary changes

Cruise Administrator, Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within travel, cruise would be a huge advantage
  • Experience within Customer Service and Administration
  • Problem solving skills
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, calm manner, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Able to work under pressure

Additional Information:

  • Paying up to £24K
  • Homebased
  • Working Mon - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 with some Saturday's
